2. What data is collected

• Contact form: full name, email, phone (optional), topic, session preference and your message.
• Online booking: name, email and the date/time you choose.
• Direct contact by phone, email, WhatsApp or Viber: whatever details you choose to share.
• Technical data: the hosting provider may log basic technical information (e.g. IP address, browser type) for security and operational purposes.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Your data is used solely to reply to your request and arrange an appointment (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR — consent and steps prior to entering into a contract).

Please do not send sensitive health information through the form. If you do, it is processed only on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR) and only for the purpose of our communication.

Your data is never used for advertising and is never sold or passed to third parties for their own purposes.

4. Processors

The following providers process data on my behalf to operate this website:

• Web3Forms — forwarding contact form messages to my email.
• Cal.com — online booking (loaded only if you click “Show availability”).
• Google Maps — map display (loaded only if you click “Show map”).
• The website hosting provider.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, transfers rely on appropriate GDPR safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Cookies

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

The booking calendar (Cal.com) and the map (Google Maps) load only when you explicitly choose to view them. From that point, those providers may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

7. Retention

Messages and contact details are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and, if no therapeutic relationship begins, are deleted within 12 months at the latest.

If therapy begins, related records are kept in accordance with legal requirements and the code of ethics for psychologists.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise your rights, contact emmaperdiki28@gmail.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

9. Security

The website is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and appropriate technical and organisational measures are in place to protect your data.
