Meet me
Rhodes is my home. I studied Psychology at the University of Crete, completed my postgraduate studies at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and I am training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with the Society for Cognitive and Behavioural Studies.
I believe therapy starts with a relationship of trust: a space free of judgement, where you can speak openly and discover your own strengths.

You can book online through the calendar on the Contact page, send a message through the form, or call / message me on Viber or WhatsApp. I will get back to you as soon as possible to find a time that suits you.
The first session is a chance to get to know each other. You tell me what is on your mind, at a pace that feels comfortable, and I explain how I work. At the end we discuss whether and how we can work together and set the first goals. There is no obligation to continue.
Each session lasts 50 minutes. We usually start with one session a week, and as you progress the frequency can be reduced, always in agreement with you.
It depends on your difficulties and goals. CBT is structured and goal-focused; for many difficulties, such as anxiety, meaningful improvement is often seen within a few months. We review progress together regularly.
For current session fees please contact me by phone or via the form. The fee is the same for in-person and online sessions, and an official receipt is always issued.
